- Place a measuring tape underneath as shown in the example
- Measure from the beginning of the collar to the end of the collar
- This is your dog's neck size!
- NOTE : Only measure the click closure on 1 side!!!
- View the NOOFF® size chart and choose the correct size.
Are you between sizes?

Are you currently using a buckle collar on your dog that still fits well?
Measure current collar with buckle closure
Are you currently using a buckle collar on your dog that still fits well? Use this as a starting point to determine the correct size.
Does your current collar have a buckle closure?
- Lay the collar that you use most often for your dog flat on the table
- Place a measuring tape underneath as shown in the example
- Measure from the beginning of the collar (do not include the buckle/closure) to the hole where your dog always wears the collar
- View the NOOFF® size chart and choose the right size
Example
If the most used hole of the collar is at 34cm, then size M is the right size for your dog. Do you measure 40cm? Then choose a size L | 36-42cm.
Tip!
Add extra holes and increase the reach of your new collar!
- With 1 extra hole size M | 31-38cm
- With 2 extra holes size M | 30-38cm
Instead of the standard size M | 32-38cm. Extra holes are often chosen for dogs that have less fur after a trim or for dogs that are still growing.

Don't have a collar (yet)?
Measure neck circumference
- Make sure your dog is relaxed. So not sitting or lying down
- Take a flexible measuring tape
- The best position for a collar is halfway down the neck
- like the example below
- Keep the measuring tape tightly around the neck (no 2 fingers in between!!!)
- Now you know your dog's neck size
- View the NOOFF® size chart and choose the right size
Some dogs have more fur than others. Does your dog have less fur after a trim? Then choose the option to add extra holes, this is free!
NOTE: Do not measure the neck circumference too low! The best position for a collar is halfway down the neck. Measure the neck circumference at this position. If you do not do this, your collar may be too big or too small.
