This collar is suitable for dogs from 7kg, because otherwise the collar would be too heavy for your dog. Do you have a smaller dog? Then choose a collar made entirely of BioThane, which is lightweight.

Why is the dog breed & weight asked for this collar?

We want the best for your dog and a collar that is suitable for the right weight and dog breed.

Measuring the neck circumference is sometimes very difficult. By entering the breed and weight, we can better estimate whether you have chosen the right size.

You can also upload a photo of your current collar so we can check whether you have chosen the correct size.

Everything is tailor-made for your dog. You will receive a collar that fits your dog.

Every dog is different, your dog may be small or large for a particular dog breed. The following are guidelines for an average adult dog:

What material is this collar made of?

The NOOFF® collars and leashes are made of BioThane, greased leather or a combination of BioThane and greased leather.

Do you see the name and phone number on the collar from a far distance?

No , deliberately not from a great distance.

This is only legible up close. The letters and numbers are punched into it and have the same color as the belt. So it is very subtly visible.

If your dog is lost and people look closely at the collar, they can clearly read the name and telephone number. (provided this is on the outside)

Does your dog have a long coat? Then the hair must be pushed aside before the name and telephone number are clearly visible. It will be more visible on a dog with a short coat.

Do you often go to the beach with your dog?

This greased leather collar is less suitable for the beach.

If you want a collar that is more suitable for the beach, choose a BioThane collar.

Do the colors of the designer tool match the colors in real life?

Yes! The colors of the designer tool correspond well with the colors in real life. This way you can make a good choice between the different colors.

However, every screen, telephone or desktop, is set up differently. As a result, there is always a slight color difference between the real product and the screen.

How do you clean this leather collar?

the NOOFF® grease leather collars can withstand a little water and mud, but not too much. Clean it with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use cleaning agents or too much water. This can damage the leather.

Are there scratches on your leather collar? Then rub the leather with your hands, because then the oil in the leather will come back to the surface. The scratches will then disappear like snow in the sun.

In principle, oiled leather does not need to be greased with oil or wax , because the leather is already impregnated. Do you still want to do this? Then use an oil or wax that is specifically suitable for greased leather.

If your collar or leash has become wet, place it to dry on a clothes rack, for example, and not on a warm radiator, as this can cause the leather to dry out. Do not let your leash or collar dry in the sun.

Greased leather can transfer color if it gets wet on your hands or your dog's coat, keep this in mind.
