When do you use pitch 211.5?
The 211.5 pitch is most commonly used for:
- Retrievers or Labradors
- pointing (hunting) dogs such as the Vizsla, German Pointers and Weimaraners.
- But also certainly suitable for dogs that run 'a little' further away from you as their owner. The range of the 211.5 is better compared to the 210.5 pitch.
When do you use pitch 210.5?
The 210.5 pitch is most commonly used for dogs that;
- stay fairly close to you, like Spaniels for example.
The range of the 210.5 is slightly shorter compared to the 211.5 pitch.
Can you hear the whistle well?
This Acme Alpha whistle is very audible for humans, dogs and other animals, even from a great distance.
This is NOT a whistle that is audible only to dogs and not to humans.
