How long will it take before I receive my order?

  • 'ready to ship' items ship in 1-2 business days
  • shipping of all NOOFF® collars & leashes in 5-7 business days
  • Have you ordered both a NOOFF® collar or leash and a 'ready to ship' item? Lasts 5-7 business days

What are the shipping costs?

Netherlands: €5.95 free shipping from €89
Belgium and Germany: €11.95 free shipping from €129
All other European countries (excl. Bulgaria) : €18.95
Outside the EU: no shipping

Will I receive a track & trace?

When we send your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace by email. We ship with PostNL.

Do you also ship abroad?

Yes, only within the European Union (excluding Bulgaria)

Can my package also be delivered to a collection point?

Unfortunately this is not yet possible.

How do I redeem a discount code or gift voucher?

  • You can enter a discount code in the shopping cart
  • You can fill in a gift voucher at checkout (so later in the ordering process).

My order was delivered damaged, what should I do?

It may happen that a mistake has been made or that something has happened to the package along the way. We naturally want to resolve this as quickly as possible. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. We will do our best to handle the complaint as quickly as possible.

In order to properly assess the complaint, we would like to ask you to provide the following information:

  • Description of the complaint
  • Order number
  • Photo of the damaged product
  • Photo of the damaged shipping box

I have provided an incorrect delivery address, can this still be changed?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can change this for you

I want to cancel my order, is that possible?

Of course! Have you placed an order and has it not yet been shipped by us? Then you can easily cancel it by sending an email to hello@nooff.nl. As soon as we have processed your request, you will receive a confirmation by email and we will refund your payment to your account within a few working days.

Why can the colors in real life differ from my screen?

All colors shown are digital images and may differ from the actual colors depending on the settings of your phone or screen.

I have a special request?

That's certainly possible. Would you like to have a collar / leash / long leash or perhaps something completely different made that is not yet in our collection? Please contact us directly. Because (almost) everything is possible at NOOFF® and we might add this product to our collection!
